Wealthfarm is now offering a variety of finance options for both personal and/or business use. We now have a dedicated Lending Manager, based in our Southport office, giving you access to a range of lending products from a panel of lenders.

What can our “lending manager” do for you?

Wealthfarm’s Lending Manager, along with your financial planner, assesses your debt needs in line with your goals and objectives. A range of suitable lending products is then identified from a panel of lenders where you can choose from a range of options. The Lending Manager will guide you through all stages of the lending application process – keeping you and your advisor informed along the way.

Wealthfarm addresses your lending needs, by providing:

  • An easy-to-access point of contact for your during the loan application process:
  • Agreed service/feedback standards
  • A choice lending providers and lending products
  • Assessment of your loan to determine if it is right for your needs
  • Assistance to ensure your loan is competitive, aligned to your needs and supportive of your adviser’s strategies
  • Assistance with strategies to own you home faster

Lending Managers Role
 
Your Lending Manager will do the following:-
 
In conjunction with your Financial Planner’s key recommendations,
 
  • Assess your short, medium and long term debt needs;
  • Help you identify a loan that will meet your debt needs
-       Fixed or variable interest rate
-       Line of Credit, Mortgage offset arrangement, Principle and Interest
 
  • Review and identify for you a range of lending products from our approved lenders which will help you meet your debt needs
  • If you make a loan application, keep you informed and regularly updated about the progress of your application.
 
They work with your financial planner in fulfilling sound mortgage strategies to suit your specific circumstances and requirements. Should any of these change, your Financial Planner will review your mortgage strategy in line with your wider financial plan.

The loan application process
 
Throughout all of the stages of the application process, Wealthfarm’s Lending Manager will assist and guide you.
  
 
Ongoing assistance
 
Once the loan is settled, the Lender will provide you with ongoing assistance for the lending product you have selected and contact details will be provided.
When your circumstances change, your advisor and your Lending Manager are available to assist you.
If you wish to discuss a new or increased loan to help you meet your debt-related goals and objectives, you should contact your adviser who will let us know.
We will make a time to see you to review your needs.
 
Compliance
 
Wealthfarm’s Lending Manager operates in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
Comparison rate schedules about lending products discussed by your Lending Manager are available if you wish. If you ask Wealthfarm to assist you by applying for a lending product, the comparison rate schedule will be provided to you when you apply for the product.
 
Wealthfarm’s Lending Manager has regular training to keep informed about legislative requirements. If you wish to ask Wealthfarm to assist you with an introduction to a lender, they will ask you to sign a “Client Agreement” which spells out your agreement is with yourself and your Lending Manager.
